By accessing or using SpoilHer ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, gift senders, and account holders.
SpoilHer is a sealed-vault gifting platform. Account holders ("celebrants") create a profile for an upcoming event — such as a birthday, baby shower, or graduation — and share a link with friends and family who can send gifts.
All gifts are held in a sealed vault and are only revealed to the celebrant on or after their event date. Gift senders do not need an account to send a gift.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Each user may hold one active gifting profile at a time. Profiles may be reset between events.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your profile. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (IntaSend). SpoilHer does not store card details.
Gift amounts are set by the celebrant when configuring their gift tiers. Gift senders pay the displayed amount at the time of purchase.
Once a payment is successfully processed, it is added to the celebrant's vault. Gifts are non-refundable except at our sole discretion in cases of clear technical error.
SpoilHer deducts a platform fee from collected gifts before funds are made available for withdrawal. The applicable fee is displayed in your dashboard.
Gifts remain sealed in the vault until the event date. The celebrant must actively trigger the "Reveal" action in their dashboard to unlock their vault.
SpoilHer is not liable for gifts that are not revealed due to inaction by the account holder.
Withdrawals become available on or after the event date. Funds are sent to the bank account or mobile money number registered in your dashboard.
You are responsible for ensuring your withdrawal details are correct. SpoilHer is not liable for funds sent to an incorrectly entered account.
Withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to reflect depending on your bank or mobile provider.
Celebrants may add wishlist items with external store links. SpoilHer is not a party to any purchase made through a third-party store and takes no responsibility for delivery, quality, or availability of physical items.
Wishlist claims are handled on a best-effort basis. SpoilHer does not guarantee that claimed items will be purchased or delivered.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
All content, branding, design, and code on SpoilHer is the property of SpoilHer and its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
By uploading content (profile photos, cover images, messages) to the Platform, you grant SpoilHer a non-exclusive licence to display that content in the operation of the service.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to operate the service and do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Gift sender names and messages are shared with the celebrant upon vault reveal. Senders who choose to remain anonymous will have their identity hidden from the celebrant.
SpoilHer is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpoilHer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gifts, failed payments, or data loss.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of platform fees collected from your account in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
